WIGSBYJLC Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your wig to arrive after placing your order. We work hard to process and ship your order promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Return Policy:
We want you to love your wig! If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Damaged or Lost Items:

• If your wig arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• In case your package is lost during shipping, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Conditions:

• Wigs must be returned in their original condition, unused and with packaging intact.

• Returns requested after 7 days of receipt may not be accepted.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or lost.
