POLICY & EXCHANGES
WIGSBYJLC ONLY PROVIDES PRE-ORDER WIGS, HAIR, AND ACCESSORIES FOR NOW.
Wigsbyjlc ONLY provides pre-order wigs, hair, and accessories for now.
That means that when the payment has been completed it will take 4-5 business days to process, and 7-12 business days to get constructed. Once the order shipped the client will receive a tracking number by email/messages. Add 4-5 business days to arrive. Signature is REQUIRED upon arrival of package by client to provide safety.
International shipping:
It’s the buyer’s responsibility for any additional custom fees that is required at border.
Return policy:
We believe in the quality of our collection and of our amazing customer service. If by any chance an order has been wrongly made, we will gladly accept the hair back in return for your correct order (add additional days for process, construction, and shipping.). The products/Hair MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition it’s been received. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state.
LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:
A tracking number is sent as soon as the order is shipped out. Once the package is OUT OF OUR CARE, we will not hold responsible for any lost or damaged orders since it becomes the shipping company. If by chance your order has been stolen or damaged, PLEASE contact your mailing company to take care of your concern as it’s out of our hands.
CUSTOM MADE UNITS:
Custom units take 7-14 days to be processed, constructed, and shipped. PLEASE allow yourself 2 WEEKS in advance to receive your unit on time.
RESIZING FEES:
If a custom wig unit has been made with the wrong head size and it wasn’t corrected with 24-48 hours of order made there will be a 100$ resizing fee.
ALL WIG, HAIR AND/OR ACCESSORIE ORDERS ARE ALL FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES unless there was a mistake made on our end.
